As classes are assigned to courses, rooms will be automatically booked. In the event of a booking overlap, warning messages are issued.

Rooms may also be independently booked for either individual or group activities as:

• Single, one-off booking
• Booking repeated weekly or fornightly for one or more days.
• Booking repeated monthly for every first, second, third, fourth, or last named day of the month.

Either hourly charge rates or a fixed function rate may be applied.

Invoices may be automatically generated for advanced bookings and entries made in the electronic receipt book for selection when a payment is made.
