Class Manager - Reports

 
Reports can generated by clicking the "Reports" button on the Functions menu.

Select the report type and the report period.

Click the "Generate Report" button.

The membership expiry report will be displayed if your site administrator has not chosen a fixed membership expiry date. I.E. where membership expiry occurs 12 months after each new membership is created for each individual member. When generating a membership expiry report, the starting and ending dates are the period over which expired memberships will happen.

The membership history report generates results for those members whose membership period falls across the starting and ending dates. This same criteria for selection is used for all other reports except the membership expiry report.

Income Report
The income report produces the following tables.

Membership Expiry Report
The membership expiry report will produce a detailed listing of people whose memberships will expire during a nominated period. Normally used to produce a list of member emails and postal addresses for those whose memberships are due to expire in the month or so. A copy area of email addresses is produced, which can be copied with ctrl/c and pasted directly into your PC's email program BCC field. Alternatively, emails may be sent directly from Class Manager to each person on the generated list via Class Manager's bulk email dispatcher.

Student Enrolment Report
The student enrolment report produces statistical enrolment details such as follows:


The student enrolment report also produces a list of students who have not paid fees, or who have paid a partial fee.

Merchant Transaction Report
The merchant transaction report  produces a detailed list of credit card transactions that includes office credit card transactions and online transactions. Report fields include:

People History Report
The people history report is generated for the selected period and may be further qualified as follows:

The full report generation criteria is listed above and certain, non-relevant fields (such as family status and ethnicity) can be switched on or off by editing the System Options table. In the above example, the report is generated of all people who were students during the selected period. Other search and report criteria can be added by selecting them from the available list of items.

Distribution Lists. Also known as Mail-out lists.
Mail-out lists are a special type of report and are used to generate lists of email addresses for those who are placed on a distribution list. Multiple distribution lists may be created from the following window which displays when you select "Distribution Lists" and click the "Generate Report" from the above window.

New lists can be added or old lists deleted in the lower box. Once created, people who are on the defined lists may be found from the top box, by selecting the list type and clicking one of the find buttons. A person may be placed on one or more of these lists by going to their personal details window and ticking the relevant check box under the "Mailouts" heading.
