This beginner-friendly course introduces the fundamentals of acrylic painting while encouraging creativity and personal expression. Come and Join us in our relaxing classes overlooking the serene Ernst Johnston Oval with our Tai Chi Master Ruperto. Tai Chi is the perfect way to start your morning. Tai Chi is a form of martial art developed from Chinese Taoist philosophy. Its gentle flow and graceful movements also make it an excellent form of exercise. With regular practice, it can promote good health, relaxation, balance, and stability. In this course, participants will be introduced to a short form of Wu Style Tai Chi, with particular emphasis on movements that promote a stable body. It is suitable for both younger and older participants, and no prior experience is required. Each movement will be explained in detail, and participants will learn and practise together with the instructor. This course offers the opportunity to develop further understanding and sharing of information regarding family, work, leisure topics or personal interests.
