Bus trip: Araluen Botanic Park welcomes you to the annual tulip festival where over 150,000 tulip bulbs put on the most spectacular show, in its breathtakingly beautiful bushland setting. Stroll through stoned pathways across the terraces lined by enormous stone pillars and shaded jarrah pergolas. View the circa 1930's log cabins located in each garden precinct and learn about Perth's heritage and history on the sign panels. Located within 59 hectares of native Australian bushland, the gardens cover 14 hectares with each precinct featuring various exotic plant species that flourish in the cool micro climate of the Roleystone Perth Hills in Armadale. We will lunch at Chalet Healy Cafe on the Araluen grounds and enjoy their stunning spring menu (at own cost).
