Opened in January 2019, Belin in Mosman Park is a family-owned Italian restaurant. While Chef Barrie is getting ready to plate the first bite, Freddie will introduce the restaurant, explaining their unique concept and how they have achieved success in the food industry. They will then serve three 'bites': Genoese Fugassa (focaccia bread topped with Ligurian Taggiasche olives), Farinata bruschetta bites with house made pesto and Italian stracchino cheese, and Verdure ripiene alla Ligure (stuffed bites of baked zucchini filled with ricotta, parmesan, and fresh herbs). Yum!
