Pilates is a gentle form of exercise in line with yoga and eastern traditions. Through the practice of Pilates, you will experience improvement in physical stability, strength and flexibility. Joseph Pilates, who founded the practice in the years after the Second World War, promoted the idea that mental and physical health are interrelated. His method is a safe, inclusive and effective approach to improving your fitness and health. Come and join our small group for this gentle and safe form of exercise.
