During this guided meditation circle we focus on relaxing the body, using the breath to slow down the mind, and exploring visualisation techniques designed to encourage mindfulness in everyday life. Meditating on a regular basis makes us more able for our daily routine and it can help to reduce stress, improve sleep and increase patience and concentration. Whether you are an absolute beginner or seasoned meditator, this course is for you. Meditation takes place while sitting in a chair and there is no religious aspect involved, everyone is welcome.
